Tail Wag Inn Vernon

Booking Policies
24 Hours Minimum Required For All Bookings
We limit our daily intake of pups for Playcare and Boarding! This helps ensure individual care is met for each pup, while continuing to provide a fun, loving atmosphere for all!

All dogs boarded at Tail Wag Inn must be non-aggressive to all types and sizes of dogs.
Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog(s). Please remember your pet will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.
All dogs are required to be spayed or neutered by 12 months to avoid aggression issues, marking indoors, excessive mounting, etc.
Dogs are required to be free of fleas, lice, and any contagious virus in the last 30 days.
For everyone's comfort, all pups must arrive healthy and injury-free. We're unable to care for pups wearing cones or those with wounds, stitches or recent injuries. We're always happy to administer any medications needed for ongoing or pre-existing health conditions.
For everyone's safety, we require all pups to be current on Rabies, DA2PP, and Bordetella vaccines. Please note that any new vaccinations must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks before joining us for dayacre or boarding.
All dogs must come in on a leash. We have a collar policy that required all dogs be wearing a regular buckle collar. We cannot accept chain collars, martingale style collars, prong collars or E-Collar/Training collars for dogs in our care.
Overnight charges start on check-in date and the next day charge starts after 10 am.
All balances must be paid upon checkout.
We currently accept E-Transfer and Cash Payment.
